LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
Parks Optical warrants this product to be free from defects
in material and workmanship. In the event of any malfunction
or a defect, we will repair it or replace free of charge
or refund the purchase price, subject to the following terms:
- The warranty shall be invalid if the product is subject
to misuse or abuse, or if repairs are attempted by anyone
other than an authorized representative of Parks Optical.
- This warranty is extended to the original purchaser
of this product, a proof of purchase is necessary.
- The product or the defective component must be returned
to us all freight and insurance charges paid by the consumer,
together with a check in the amount $7.50 to cover handling
to the Parks Optical address.
- This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and
you may also have other rights which may vary from state
to state.
- Public or commercial use of this equipment is not covered
by this warranty.
- Consequential and incidental damages as well as freight
damages are expressly excluded from the terms of this
warranty.
OPTICAL TUBE WARRANTY - LIMITED LIFETIME
Parks Optical warrants this product to be free from defects

subjected to misuse or abuse, or if repairs are attempted
by anyone other than an authorized representative of Parks
Optical.

of the product only and a proof of purchase is necessary
for warranty consideration and/or work.
- The product or the defective component must be returned
to Parks Optical with ALL freight and insurance charges
paid by customer.
- This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and
you may also have other rights which may vary from state
to state.
- Public or commercial use of this equipment is not covered
by this warranty.
- Consequential and/or incidental damages as well as
freight damages are expressly excluded from the terms
of this warranty.
